  The Golock's ergonomic molded handle features a soft, ''tacky'' grip and molded grip rings- as secure in a sweaty or gloved hand as a machete can possibly be. The 11'' Parkerized carbon steel blade measures a full 0.20'' thick, giving it the mass and heft to wade through vines, briars, brush, even small trees! The blade design puts most of the mass out toward the end for a powerful, balanced swing with minimum ?recoil" to the operator?s hand, much like a baseball bat.
